The Killing of Filipino Journalists provides important research for better understanding the crime from different perspectives. We need to learn from this tragedy in order to prevent it from happening again. The papers presented here are based on the killings in Ampatuan in 2009 and the Philippine’s experience — but they are useful for societies across the world.
