An analysis of Philippine Laws, Issuances, Agency Guidelines, and Bills on Information Access, the study sought to answer the following questions: 1) what are the laws/issuances and agency rules/guidelines on information access being enforced in the Philippines at present 2). how do they promote Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human, Rights and the nine principles of a Freedom of Information regime, and 3) which of the nine principles do these policies reflect?

The Study tracks and analyzes current and emerging issues and trends affecting Filipino children today and how these would affect their future by focusing on five themes: (1) family and community life, (2) human capital, (3) human security, (4) political and economic development, and (5) ICT and communication media.
