Alexander Rosete has 20 years of relevant experience in communication and organization development in national and local government, and NGO/development sector.
He served as Director for HR and Administration of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC), the premiere humanitarian organization in the country during the Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) Operations. He was PRC’s Communication Manager during the Super Typhoon Ondoy Operations. (Ketsana).
He also worked as consultant for the Health Policy Development Program of the UPecon Foundation Inc., a USAID Philippines Cooperating Agency for Health.
Currently, he is a consultant on public administration and governance particularly on local legislation and community/public relations. He also runs his own PR, media relations and communication company.
He teaches Corporate Communication, Communication Planning, and Risk, Emergency and Crisis Communication at the Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication Graduate School and the Holy Angel University Graduate School.
He is also a certified life coach and a member of the global community of life coaches trained by The Life Coach Training Institute, an international professional life coaching certification organization based in Texas, USA.
He completed the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from San Beda College in 1997. He obtained his Master in Government Management-Executive Special Program from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. He has a Graduate Diploma in Communication Management and is a candidate for the degree of Master in Communication Management from the AIJC-Graduate School.
