Kristian Noel A. Pura
Managing Director
As Managing Director of AIJC, Kristian Noel A. Pura works on the strategic direction and operational management of the Graduate School, the Professional Development Program, and the Research, Policy, and Advocacy Unit. As Managing Director for Business Development and Strategic Partnerships of NOW Corporation, a publicly listed firm in the Philippine Stock Exchange, he has been pivotal in driving the company's strategy and business development since 2010. His responsibilities include managing sales and marketing teams, acting as representative of the company in various corporate engagements, and fostering business partnerships and strategic alliances. He is also a Certified Salesforce Operations Analyst. In addition to his role at AIJC and NOW Corporation, Pura has been a key member of the Board of NOW Telecom. His contributions include strategic discussions with investors and partners, and preparation of business models and investment portfolios. Pura is a graduate of MS in Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He also took up executive courses in Finance and Strategic Management from Harvard Business Online and INSEAD (France). He is a Certified Rescue Diver and plays tennis during his free time.
