Multimedia editorial services include conceptualization, writing, editing, design, and packaging of print publications; production of IEC materials such as posters, newsletters and brochures; production of broadcast and audiovisual materials; design and development of websites; and digitization of documents.

The Institute also pioneered in process documentation of development programs and projects. These documentations were eventually translated into books or video documentaries.

Such documentation were for the following projects Smokey Mountain and Payatas, Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (CIDSS), Mt. Pinatubo Rehabilitation, and Fisheries Resource Management Project.
