Public Governance Course For Public Officials
The Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication (AIJC) and the Raul S. Manglapus Center for Freedom and Democracy, are launching a course entitled Public Governance: Integrating Christian Democratic Principles.
The course provides participants with a thorough understanding of the principles of Christian Democracy, a concept that has been advanced by mature democratic countries deeply rooted in the social teachings of the Catholic Church. This course aims to help participants formulate a political framework to uplift the quality of governance through a political program that is based on human dignity.
It will be conducted on November 27, December 4, 11, and 18, 2021, at two hours per Saturday.
Elected public officials working in local government units (LGUs), career and political appointees working in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government, and legislators will greatly benefit from this course. Fee is PHP20,000.00 per participant, inclusive of VAT
